How Our Investors Make Money

 

Cashflow

from operations

Positive cash flow from accumulated rental income is usually distributed among our group of investors either quarterly or annually in either lump sum payouts at disposition and/or refinancing.

 

Appreciation

from capital and operational improvements

Unlike single family homes, a syndication on a multi-unit project is a business valued mainly by its Net Operating Income, not property comps. Through operational and physical improvements, we’re able to increase the property value by increasing the NOI.

 

Amortization

to build equity

Revenue generated from regular operations, as well as rental income will pay down not only the debt of the property, but in turn builds equity for investors.

 

Depreciation

& other tax benefits

Our investors benefit from various tax incentives such as cost segregation, accelerated depreciation as well as possible 1031 exchanges into new projects, in addition to tax free return of initial equity.
